Welcome to Alberta Bowie Land—a second-generation private land group rooted in legacy, collaboration, and vision.

In 1958, my father, Ken Bowie, became one of the founding builders behind what would grow into the Carma Development Group. His concept was simple but powerful:

​

"Bring together the best builders and developers to purchase and develop land—privately, as one aligned group".

​

He believed in strength in numbers, and more importantly, in surrounding yourself with like-minded leaders. For decades, that group worked together successfully, building communities and shaping growth.

I formed Alberta Bowie Land to carry on the essence of his original concept and formula for success. My goal is to elevate it forward in today’s ever growing Alberta.

Our mission, in honor of my Dad’s incredible legacy, is to form a powerful alliance of top builders and developers, united by shared values and a commitment to excellence. Key to this effort is procuring the very best land opportunities across the province—and connecting with the top-performing real estate agents through my family's extensive network.

For the past 10 years, I’ve produced what is now Alberta’s #1 rated private industry expo for trades and builders—The Builder Block Expo.  The success of the Builder Block Expo has given me an extensive database of great builders and developers. Alongside that, I’ve served as a real estate consultant and marketing director for respected communities like Kinniburg, Edgefield, and Greenhaven.

Alberta Bowie Land is an important next step in the evolution of my parent company, Bowie Bear Marketing. The Bowie name has always been synonymous with building.  I am extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to carry on my father’s vision as everything I do has been built on a foundation of success.
